Tonight, The Hillywood Show has released its much-anticipated musical parody of "TheTwilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2," and in keeping with their tradition and style, the group drew upon a very familiar pop song to incorporate.
For the final installment, they went with Psy's "Gangnam Style" to create "Oppan Twilight Style!" and, oh yes, that includes the dance popularized by that number too.
For those still unfamiliar with The Hillywood Show, the group's first "Twilight Saga" parody was released over four years ago and has since garnered over 8.5 million views. Utilizing Katy Perry's "Hot 'n Cold," the Show punned the cafeteria scene and Edward's initial demeanor and ended up making a major name for themselves among the "Twilight" fan community and being regularly featured on the convention tour.
They've since done one for each of the resulting sequels: for "New Moon," they chose Pink's "So What" and Katy Perry's "Thinking of You;" for "Eclipse," they used Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" and Jordin Sparks' "Battlefield; and last year's parody of "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" was done with Lady Gaga's "Marry the Night," Pit Bull's "Give Me Everything" and Paul Anka's "You're Having My Baby?" Clearly, there's been a theme.
Another chapter of the "Saga" thus comes to a close. Hit the video to watch the final THS parody of "Twilight"!
For those interested, they also have a lengthy behind-the-scenes video of the "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" parody's creation available here.
